MOULD RELEASE SPRAY
For use in injection moulding where parts need to be printed after manufacture and silicone mould release agents are therefore not suitable.

Application
Developed for the release of plastic injection moulded parts that require a non-silicone product to enable subsequent printing on the parts. Suitable for the manufacture of poly-carbonate injection mouldings such as telephones, where de-stressing is vital. Facilitates the release from moulds, forms and dies, continuous cure rolls, presses etc. Suitable for all types of plastics and rubbers. Penetrates and protects the mould.
Spanjaard Mould Release (Non-Silicone) forms a heat-resistant wet film on the mould and can easily be removed by common solvents if necessary.
Spanjaard Mould Release (Non-Silicone) does not contain silicones or PTFE.
Applictions Instruction
- Shake can vigorously before use.
- Spray onto surface from a distance of 20cm.
- One application is normally sufficient.
